FREE! Happy Vending doesn’t charge anything to place a machine at a host location.

Our preference is to place smart machines when reliable internet is available. If internet isn’t available, we’re happy to consider a more traditional machine.

All of our machines include a combination of popular food and drink products. We prefer to involve the host location in choosing products for their machine. We’ll provide a quick survey for your team to pick some of their favorite items. However, we’re happy to select the most popular items if you prefer not to participate in product selection.

The host location is only responsible for providing the indoor location, access to electricity and reliable internet, and reporting any issues with the machines. We’ll take care of everything else, including machine maintenance and liability coverage.

We’re happy to consider any location, but an ideal location has the following components:

• An indoor, high-visibility location for the machine

• Access to a standard electrical outlet

• Reliable internet

• Minimum daily foot traffic of 100 people
